Krista smiled as she saw Cyrus come into the building. Finally, the mages were no longer going to be outnumbered as bad as they were before. She, for her own wellbeing, was trying to ignore the situation that was presently going on. If she did not, she would try to run for the hills and stay there for at least two weeks, but this was Sam's time with new people, and she would hate to ruin that. "A-are you ok? Y-y-you took awhile to get here.." Krista meekly stated as she looked over at Alavda. She really did seem pretty nice for a vampire, maybe they really were not that bad. "I-is your friend ok?" Krista asked. "S-she seems nice..I-I hope she is..."

He ignored what Max said to him, he just snarled at the other man. He had half a mind to tear the bloodsucker's heart out right in front of these people. Was were the vampires to him, after all? They were an ancient enemy to his species, the refined bastards. His own version of territorial lycan nature made him hate them all the more since they possessed territory that he wanted for his pack.
He was about to attempt to break Max's wrist when he felt Trent's hand on his shoulder. He froze for a second. If Matthias was miffed before, he was furious now. Red flooded his vision. How dare that nobody shapeshifter give him orders! Max, who still had a hold of his shirt collar, moved slightly as if he were reluctant to let go. Well, thought Matthias, that hedonistic bum had had better let go soon, or so help him, he would...
Max didn't let go fast enough. Without warning, Matthias slammed his fist into Max's jaw, making the other man's hold on his shirt loosen. Freed, he stomped over to Trent, knocking away tables and chairs (and other customers who had unwisely wandered in to investigate the noise) that he swore moved in his path and gripped Trent's shoulder, spun him around, and pressed forward until Trent was pressed up against one of the long windows adjacent to the door. He vaguely noted that Trent's head was below a taped up advertisement that read "The friendship you always wanted."
Pressing his forearm against Trent's throat, he said, "Don't give me orders, runt!" there was a wolfish growl deep in his throat at the end of his sentence. He could sense his wolf coming to the surface, but he restrained it for now. He wasn't ready to Change yet. Instead, he allowed his more aggressive nature to press Trent harder in the window. He thought he heard the window cracking, but was too enraged to check. He looked Trent straight in the eyes, a threat by werewolf standards

Trent heard the clash of Matthias's fist on skin and turned around to see it was Max. He growled and was going to just take care of Matthias there but Matthias had made headway as Trent was trying to collect his thoughts and now Trent was in a chock hold. Trent tried to gasp and looked down at Matthias with the same look he was giving him. How dare he not only not care about his "lover" but punch his brother for trying to keep him safe. Trent tried to get words out but it was not helping. Trent grabbed Matthias's arm and turned his body to get not only a good punch in to get him to let go but put his knee into his abdomen. He hoped that would be enough.
Lynn was infuriated! How dare this werewolf come into the vampires territory and act like he ran the place. She walked back over to Alvada and put a $150 on the table. "That should cover everyone's food, I'm going to kick this little werewolves butt..." She sneered. She walked over to Matthias and tried to help Trent pull him off, then noticed that if she got involved, this may actually turn into a bloodbath. She looked back at Alavda, nodded her head, hoping she knew that that meant and walked out the door.

A whoosh of air left Matthias's lungs when Trent's foot connected with his gut. He was so angry, he was beyond words. His eyes looked more wolfish than human at this point. His nails grew longer with the change so close to the surface. A beastly growl vibrated from his throat. He lunged at Trent.
No one knew what he would have done next, for a wolf that smelled of Trent's hedonistic brother leaped at him and bit down on his arm, "AAAAH!" he cried out when teeth cut into his skin. He turned his attention to the wolf. Spitting curses at Max, he tried to pry him off his arm, but Max only bit down harder.

Alavda saw the fight get more violent and bit her lip. In some ways she wanted to help, but her father had always told her to stay out of a dog fight. She supposed that lycans and shapeshifters counted as well. Her attention was drawn away from the fight when she heard paper slap the table. Looking toward the noise, she spotted a large bills and frowned toward her friend who was already half way out the door. At her friend's nod, she knew that she should follow. She'd leave the werewolf problems to the dogs. She turned to her new friends and bid them farewell and swept out the door as quickly as she could.

Trent fell and took a deep breath with a few coughs in it. He knew he was going to need as much air as he could get as he looked back up to see Matthias shifting. He looked at the group he was with and shouted a "RUN!" at them at the same time that he saw the lung. He then saw Max bite onto Matthias's arm. "Max no! Get the girls out of her, I'll take care of this!" Trent growled, looked at Jay one last time, mouthing an "I'm sorry" and shifted himself to his wolf form and went for a lung at Matthias's other arm.
Ethashi grabbed Jay and threw her arm over her and told Erik to get the Mages that were left behind by the vampire. They split off and tried to grab the potential parties. Ashi smiling at the owner and trying to explain that they tried to avoid this and to get a hold of the Underground pack leader to avoid more of a mess. Erik wouldn't get the light blue haired mage girl to go along, since she was hiding behind the girl with a metal arm.

Jaylene was horrified. Her best friend and her boyfriend were in a huge fight and she could do nothing about it without being seriously injured...or killed. She could only watch and hoped that one of them ran or got bored and left. She knew this was not going to happen when she saw Trent mouth an apology to her. She opened her mouth to cry out for them to stop, but Ethashi grabbed her before she could utter anything more than a sob.
"Let me go!" she struggled against the elf's hold on her before she realized how absurd that was. What would Jaylene do more than add to the noise at this point? Matthias was in the middle of his change. This wasn't going to stop until someone was unconscious or dead.
She watched Max hesitate before releasing Matthias from his bite and he trotted over to the group. She could see from his eyes that he fully meant to get back into the fight to help his little brother as soon as the room was emptied.

With both brothers biting him, Matthias was pushed over the edge. He pushed for the change now. Blinding pain covered his body for a short while. His bones rearranged themselves, and he grew hairier. After a while, Matthias the man no longer stood there. Now there was a very ticked off wolf in his place. Matthias Black fur covered his muscled body, his dark eyes fully wolf, and his mind full of bloodlust. He was ready to kill the wolf-who-was-not-pack. If only the mutt wasn't biting his front leg! He bared his large teeth at Trent and growled before chomping at Trent's foot.

Trent watched his brother let go and help Ethashi get the group out. He would have smiled if he had the time, as for right now, he was the only barrier from the people living vs the people dying, so he bit down as hard as he could, even through Matthias's complete change. He knew he was in for a long one when he hear the growl that Matthias emitted from his throat. He felt extremely sharp pain from Matthias biting down on his front paw and wanted to yelp but fought off the urge as he kept his hold on him for as long as he could.

Cyrus looked on in nonchalant amusement.
"Whoa, dog fight!" He said in excitement as the wolves began biting each other. He heard his conscience kick in and ask him "Hello? Are you gonna help? There's kids in here."
"Right." He responded out loud. He turned to Sam and Krista and said to the latter "Sorry, I gotta go help first, then I'll give you the riveting story." He bowed to them both like a classy bloke and said, "Pardon me, ladies." He pulled a sack, presumably full of coins, from his pocket and plopped it on the table. He then pulled the tablecloth out from under the cutlery without disturbing it and dipped an end of it in some random bystander's water. He ignored the subsequent "Hey!" and twirled the cloth into a rat-tail whip. He whipped the werewolf's backside with it while adding some "juice" to his wrist, to make sure it got his attention... Ok, maybe he whipped harder than he needed to. When he heard the crack from contact, he whistled loudly to let it know where he was. He side-stepped to the door to try and get the dogs to follow him outside.

Rage filled Matthias's body. Only two words ran on repeat in his brain: Kill, and chew. So that's what he did. He bit down harder on Trent's foot, tasting blood on his tongue. He growled some more and was about to shake his head around like dogs do when they finally catch that blasted squirrel, he felt a sharp sting on his rump. Shocked, he released Trent and hopped about two feet in the air with the werewolf equivalent of a woman giving a startled squeak. On top of being enraged, he was now embarrassed, the indignity of it all! He whipped around and located is assailant. Did...did he...rattail him? He gave a deep growl, baring his large teeth at the sorcerer.
Instinct took over and he crouched slightly, as if preparing to leap for the sorcerer's throat, but he didn't do this yet. Instead, he stalked the boy toward the door, not realizing that he had stepped outside. As soon as his paws left the building, though, he lunged for the boy. He was wanting to go for his throat, but his mind clouded over, and his judgement of the distance was impared, so he ended up lunging for the sorcerer's arm instead.
The whole time Sam had been busy reading the menu, seemingly unaware of the chaos going on. She looked up with a slightly surprised expression at the howls and shouts. "...hmm...Krista I think it's time we take our leave..." She said, looking to all possible exits. She reached over and took the smaller girls hand as she slid towards one of the least blocked doorways. "Sorry about this...lets go home and bake something" She said softly, trying to calm her friend.

Cy used the hand he WASN'T going for to reach for his staff and angle it so it was where his arm was. He pulled the target hand behind his back and waited for the wolf to bit on the staff in its place. It looked wooden, but there was metal immediately underneath. Unless this wolf's reaction time was sharper than a tack, he'd be ruining his teeth shortly. Cy felt like his anger would be enough to blind him, having learned that from his sensei... From having it happen to him, actually... But no one needed to know that.

Trent finally let go when the pain became too much and she saw that almost everyone was outside. He laid on the ground for a minute and looked over to see the other, blue haired mage, helping him out. If wolves could smile, he would have one right now. He growled back at Matthias and went after his tail now, seeing what he could do. Erik now entered the scene, shifted and all and pushed Matthias towards the door, seemingly as cool as a cucumber. He did actually look over at the mage and smiled.
Krista followed Sam and looked at the restaurant with sadness in her heart. "I hope Cyrus will be ok..." She says, grabbing Sam's shirt.

He did not notice the other lycan yet. He only had eyes for the sorcerer. When he lunged, he did not notice that Cyrus moved his staff in the way. Matthias was in mid-lunge, so he couldn't have stopped himself even if he tried. His teeth clenched around the staff instead of Cyrus's arm, but his momentum was still propelling him forward, his tail just swooping out of Trent's reach, so his body still ended up colliding with Cyrus. However, angry as Matthias was, he kept gnawing on the staff as if it were the sorcerer's arm.
Meanwhile, Max had shifted into his wolf form, and he waited on the sidelines, waiting for an opportunity to join in the fight without getting in the way. When he saw that Matthias landed on Cyrus, He ran toward then, ramming into the werewolf. Sadly, shapeshifter wolves are a lot smaller than werewolves, so Max bounced off of Matthias a bit, earning a snarl from the other man (although Matthias did not let go of the stick).
