After nearly a century of peace, the government agency (known as The Federal Association of Supernatural Affairs, aka FASA), elected a new head of the department. This new head, unlike his predecessors, feared that the supernaturals would try to leave the island and take over the human race on the mainland.
To find out if his fears were plausible, he located and bribed a dark elf with money and power to get information on the islanders. The information that the spy gave him only confirmed his thoughts on the island. As a result, people started to go missing, never to be seen again.
These kidnappings were at first seen as supernaturals simply moving without telling anyone. However, as soon as supernaturals with more power, such as territory leaders, were kidnapped, the islanders grew weary and are trying to figure out what was going on.
